ABOUT WEEDSAFE
WeedSafe is the brainchild of local farmer Dominic Britten.
When Dom bought into the beautiful East Gippsland area he realised that many farmers and local councils had multiple recurring weed infestations, but were frustrated because they were health and safety conscious about weed removal.
Like Dom, they didn't want to poison the land, the crops, the rivers and dams nor their families or staff in the weed removal process.
So Dom researched all the options to achieve a completely effective yet chemical free weed removal system. He discovered and invested in the Satusteam© Weedtechnics control system, a completely Australian invention.

Chemical weed killers are simply not safe, requiring protective equipment and safety zones when applied. Many are labelled as having possible carcinogenic effects and the medico-legal consequences for all organisations and land owners are potentially serious. Steam has no such problems.
